These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors of the HAVN website (www.havn.com) and to any offers, quotations, or sales of products and services by HAVN.

By accessing our website, visiting our showroom, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

HAVN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.

2. Scope of Activities

HAVN curates, presents, and sells high-end design objects, lighting, and outdoor furniture from selected partner brands.

Sales may occur directly through HAVN or via partner brands. HAVN may also provide design guidance, project consultancy, and appointments by request.

3. Products and Offers

All products shown online or in the showroom are subject to availability and may vary in finish, color, or dimension.

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

HAVN reserves the right to adjust prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon written approval or payment confirmation.

Payments must be made in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice or quotation.

Ownership of products remains with HAVN or its represented brands until full payment is received.

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery terms will be specified per order. HAVN is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, transporters, or force majeure.

In case of showroom collection, the buyer is responsible for transport and handling.

6. Returns & Cancellations

All products are sold under a “made-to-order” or curated model; returns are accepted only if goods are defective or incorrect upon delivery.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing within 48 hours of order placement.

7. Liability

HAVN cannot be held responsible for indirect damages such as loss of profit, opportunity, or data.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service concerned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.havn.com — including text, imagery, designs, and layout — is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

No content may be reproduced without written permission from HAVN.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bruges (Rechtbank van West-Vlaanderen, afdeling Brugge).
